Property Features

  • Les Côtes with private pool, set in approximately four acres of secured walled and gated garden. A stunning, family friendly, holiday accommodation that offers sole use of the entire property.  Included is the recently installed 10 X 4 metre salt water pool, where outstanding views of the surrounding countryside can be enjoyed.

  • Comprising of a Stone Farmhouse & Barn Conversion, including a separate Summer Kitchen, which are all centred around a gated courtyard, with BBQ and ideal for relaxing alfresco dining.

  • Together both buildings offer spacious accommodation for up to 12 people in four double and two twin bedrooms and for the sole use of one holiday group. A cot and high chair available if required.

We had the most wonderful stay at Les Côtes.

Lovely small, rural location - perfectly located for Perigeux, Terrasson and Exideuil markets.

Perfect hosts, a warm welcome, lots of local tips and information and unobtrusive thereafter.

Extremely spacious accommodation, both inside and out. Lovingly restored, with a wonderful mix of old and new. Denise and Andrew have all the bases covered. It was spotlessly clean and top quality throughout - from beautiful bed linen, super wet rooms and an extremely well equipped kitchen.

Many an evening spent in the spacious courtyard, a choice of BBQs, fully equipped outdoor kitchen and wine fridge.

Massive pool with plenty of sun beds, parasols and and shady sitting areas to suit all tastes.
