The hire of the property is payable in GBP at the rates indicated
Where a EUR rate shown it is for indication only. If payment in EUR is required this will be at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of booking.
Booking commences at 17:00 on your booked arrival date until 10:00 on your booked departure date
The property must be vacated by 10:00 unless alternative arrangements have been made with the owners.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required on reservation and the balance payable 10 weeks prior to arrival. Full payment (100%) is required for reservations made within 12 weeks of the arrival date.
A £300 Security Deposit is payable with the balance of the hire charge. The property will be checked on the morning of your departure. The Security Deposit will be returned (less deduction for damages) by bank transfer within 2 weeks of your departure.
All Electricity is included.
One set of linen per bed and one set of towels per person will be provided for each week of your stay.
Rental rates are for the entire property.
