Comprising of a Farmhouse, Converted Barn and Summer Kitchen all situated in an enclosed private courtyard that affords an excellent outside dining & entertainment space. Bed Linen, Towels and Pool Towels, which are changed weekly, are included.

Farmhouse

• A spacious fully equipped Farmhouse Kitchen with dining area. Facilities include Electric Oven with Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge Freezer & Dishwasher.
• 4 Bedrooms     Bedroom 1 with Super King size bed and en-suite wet room/toilet,  Bedroom 2 with King Size bed, Bedroom 3 with 2 single adult size beds & Bedroom 4 (accessed via Bedroom 3) also with 2 single adult size beds.
• Family Wet Room & Toilet

Barn Conversion

• Spacious Lounge / Dining Room with Log Burning Stove, Satellite TV (English Freesat) & DVD Player
• Bedroom 1(ground floor) with King size Bed,  Bedroom 2 (Mezzanine) with Double Bed.
• Mezzanine Snug.
• Ground floor Toilet / Shower / Utility Room with Washing Machine, Iron and Ironing Board.

Summer Kitchen

• Fully equipped with 6 burner Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge Freezer, double sink and small dining table.

Courtyard

• Fully enclosed with exterior lighting. The tree shaded areas includes large Dining Table & chairs and charcoal BBQ.

Baby Facilities

• Available on request,in advance of arrival, and at no additional cost, Cot/Cot Bed with bedding, High Chair & Baby Bath.
